WHEREAS, on December 9, 1996, bids were received for the purchase of a carbon
analyzer and an autosampler to be used by the Water Reclamation and Water Production
Divisions; and,
WHEREAS, Zellweger Analytics - Latchet Division submitted a bid of$20,828 for
one (1)Astro 2100 Total Organic Carbon Analyzer and one (1) Model XYZ Autosampler;
and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Zellweger
Analytics - Latchet Division should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Zellweger Analytics - Latchet Division for one (1) Astro 2100
Total Organic Carbon Analyzer and one (1) Model XYZ Autosampler in the amount of
$20,828 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1997.
