RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, the claim of Edward Fermon has been discussed in an Executive
Session properly called and held; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to settle the claim of Edward
Fermon in the amount of Two Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty and 00/100 ($2,850.00)
Dollars.
