BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of twenty-eight (28) police pursuit
vehicles from Philpott Motors, Inc. through the State of Texas Cooperative Purchasing
Program in the amount of$19,277 per unit. The Purchase Program satisfies the State law
requiring competitive bids. Funds for the purchase are available in the Capital Reserve
Fund.
