WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for.the
Charlton Pollard Neighborhood Revitalization Project, Phase I;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land for the Charlton Pollard Neighborhood
Revitalization Project, Phase I be and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel 282: Tract 20 B, City Tax Plat F, David Brown Survey
860 Jackson Street
Owner: CAVCC Enterprises
Appraised Value: $2,000.00
