BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to amend the rate schedules of
the contractual agreements with St Elizabeth/St. Mary Hospitals, Baptist Beaumont of
Southeast Texas/Baptist Hospital - Orange, Columbia Beaumont Medical/Columbia
Silsbee Doctors and Columbia Surgical Center of Southeast Texas for medial care
services rendered to employees/retirees/COBRA participants and/or their dependents for
a period of one year with the option for annual renewal.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the f& day of
1996.
