WHEREAS, sealed bids were received for providing an annual contract for grounds
maintenance at Tyrrell Park; and,
WHEREAS, Yardboy Lawncare Service submitted a bid in the amount of $86,800
or $9,000 per month during the growing season and $3,700 per month during the non-
growing season for one year with the option to renew the contract for one year; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bids submitted by Yardboy
Lawncare should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Yardboy Lawncare for an annual contract for grounds
maintenance at Tyrrell Park in the above stated amounts be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1996.
