WHEREAS, bids were received on November 4, 1996, for annual contracts for the
purchase of potable water treatment chemicals; and,
WHEREAS, bids were submitted as follows:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bids submitted by the vendors
stated above should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids submitted by the above stated vendors for annual contracts for the
purchase of potable water treatment chemicals be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
