BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to make final payment in the
amount of $50,585.10 to N & T Construction for the construction of a building to
enclose the generator at the Loeb Water Well site in Lumberton, Texas. The project be
and the same is herein accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 7- e= day
of 1996.
