WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for
improvements to FM 364/Major Drive from Highway 105 to State Highway 124;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel for improvements to FM 364/Major Drive from
Highway 105 to State Highway 124 be and the same is hereby approved:
Parcel 62: 0.0019 acre out of the Charles Williams Survey
(Washington Boulevard east of the intersection with South Major Dr.)
Appraised Value: $100.00
(Partial Taking)
Owners: Texas State University System
Appraiser: Bishop Real Estate Appraisers, Inc.
