WHEREAS, sealed bids were received for providing an annual contract for mowing
vacant privately owned developed property for the Central Services Department, Clean
Community Division; and,
WHEREAS, Yardboy Lawncare submitted a bid for mowing of vacant lots in the
amounts of$0.0017 per square foot for cuttings over 6,500 square feet and $16 for cutting
property 6,500 square feet or less in size; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bids submitted by Yardboy
Lawncare should be accepted,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Yardboy Lawncare for an annual contract for mowing vacant
privately owned property for the Clean Community Division in the above stated amounts
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
