RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, on October 28, 1996 bids were received for a contract to furnish
laboratory testing services for the Water Utilities/Water Reclamation Wastewater Industrial
Pretreatment Program; and,
WHEREAS, Texas State Analytical Services submitted a bid as follows:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Texas State
Analytical Services should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Texas State Analytical Services for a contract to furnish
laboratory testing services for the Water Utilities/Water Reclamation Wastewater Industrial
Pretreatment Program in the above-stated amounts be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
