WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for
improvements to FM 364/Major Drive from Highway 105 to State Highway 124,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel for improvements to FM 364/Major Drive from
Highway 105 to State Highway 124 be and the same is hereby approved:
Parcel 60: 0.018 acre out of Lot 7, Block 1 of the Wescalder Fig Acres Addition
Appraised Value: $400.00
(Partial Taking)
Owners: Thomas M. Leicht, et al
Appraiser: Bishop Real Estate Appraisers, Inc.
