BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the'City Council hereby approves the purchase of 13 controllers, cabinets and
monitors to be installed at various intersections throughout the City from Naztec, Inc. in the
amount of $79,800. These purchases are exempt from competitive biding due to an
existing contract with Naztec, Inc. to purchase additional items as needed for a period of
five (5) years after the original contract date of November 12, 1991.
