WHEREAS, on September 2, 1996, bids were received for the purchase of eighteen
(18) laptop computers for the Management Information System Division (MIS); and,
WHEREAS, C & I Computer Services, Inc. submitted a bid of$2,305.00 each; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by C & I Computer
Services, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by C & I Computer Services, Inc. for the purchase of eighteen (18)
laptop computers for the Management Information System Division (MIS) in the amount
of$2,305.00 each be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the /� day of
