Parcel 12: 0.078 acre out of the H. T. & B. R. R. Survey, Section Number 1, Abstract No. 138 (4250 South Major Drive) Appraised Value: $15,800.00 Less Improvements Retained: 106.00 Total Compensation: $15,694.00 Appraiser: Bishop Real Estate Appraisers, Inc.
