WHEREAS, the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to close out the U.
S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Rental Housing Rehabilitation Program
for the City of Beaumont by funding those applications which qualify under existing
program guidelines and transferring undesignated balances in the program to other
eligible affordable housing activities approved by the U.S. Department of Housing and
Urban Development.
