RESOLUTION NO. 2L--,2-71
WHEREAS, bids were received for the 1996 Street Rehabilitation Program; and,
WHEREAS, Bo-Mac Contractors, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of
$1,419,146.18; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Bo-Mac
Contractors, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT-
THAT the bid submitted by Bo-Mac Contractors, Inc. for the 1996 Street Rehabilitation
Program in the amount of $1,419,146.18 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
