WHEREAS, on October 28, 1996, bids were received for clearing all litter, debris,
undergrowth, trees and shrubs from a 3 '/2 acre tract of land located on Sabine Pass at
M.L. King Parkway; and,
WHEREAS, Treyco Contractors, Inc. submitted a bid of$19,897.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Treyco
Contractors, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Treyco Contractors, Inc. for clearing all litter, debris,
undergrowth, trees and shrubs from a 3 '/ acre tract of land located on Sabine Pass at
M.L. King Parkway in the amount of $19,897.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1996.
