WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of an oil/water/solids separator for
the Beaumont Fire Department Training Grounds; and,
WHEREAS, Poscon, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of$26,000; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Poscon, Inc.
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Poscon, Inc. for the purchase of an oil/water/solids separator
for the Beaumont Fire Department Training Grounds in the amount of$26,000 be accepted
by the City of Beaumont.
