RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, on August 5, 1995, City Council awarded a contract to Bo-Mac
Contractors for the construction of a new 4,000,000 gallon ground storage reservoir, at the
Annexed Area, near the Prison Complex Pump Station site in the amount of
$1,194,476.00; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 is being requested to reduce the size of the
4,000,000 ground storage tank to 2,667,000 ground storage tank in the amount of
$234,876.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute Change Order No. 1,
as stated above, with Bo-Mac Contractors, Inc. in the amount of$234,876.00.
