BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to executed deeds conveying the
following parcels to Statewide Consolidated Community Development Corporation, Inc. for
the construction of homes for the Charlton Pollard Neighborhood Revitalization Project:
Parcel 40: Lot 4, Block 4 of the McGovern Addition
575 Schwarner Street
Parcel 41: Lot 5, Block 4 of the McGovern Addition
520 Jackson Street
Parcel 42: Lot 8, Block 4 of the McGovern Addition
1808 Tilson Street
Parcel 177: Lot 7, Block 31 of the Arlington Addition
775 Doucette Street
