WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for the
Charlton Pollard Neighborhood Revitalization Project, Phase I;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land for the Charlton Pollard Neighborhood
Revitalization Project, Phase I be and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel 277: Center 50 feet of Lots 200 and 199, Block 19, Herring Addition
1020 Lincoln Street
Owners: Mr. and Mrs. Elijah C. Johnson
Appraised Value: $1,700.00
