WHEREAS, proposals were received for providing a six (6) month contract for
furnishing approximately forty (40) personal computers; and,
WHEREAS, Eletrotex submitted a bid as follows:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Electrotex
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Electrotex for a six (6) month contract for furnishing personal
computers with an option to renew for an additional six (6) months be accepted by the City
of Beaumont and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute such contract.
