WHEREAS, bids were received for a computerized imaging system for the Police
Department's AS/400 mainframe computer system; and,
WHEREAS, IBM Corporation submitted a bid in the amount of$339,556; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by IBM Corporation
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by IBM Corporation for the purchase of a computerized imaging
system for the Police Department's AS/400 mainframe computer system in the amount of
$339,556 each be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the , lay of
