WHEREAS, bids were received September 30, 1996 for the purchase of commercial
treadmills for the Fire Department; and,
WHEREAS, Unisen Star Trac submitted a bid in the amount of$2,775.00 each for
twelve (12) treadmills; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Unisen Star Trac
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Unisen Star Trac for the purchase of twelve (12) treadmills in
the amount of$2,775.00 each be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the Ali, day of
1996.
