BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the base wage of the City Manager, Ray Riley, is hereby increased 5%, a
contribution of$625 a month will be made to the ICMA Retirement Corporation as deferred
compensation for the City Manager and his car allowance will be increased $100 per
month. These compensation changes become effective as of October 1, 1996.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 'z day of
1996.
