BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into agreements between
the City and Houston Pipe Line Company and MidCon Texas Pipeline Corporation for the
actual costs incurred for the relocation of their pipelines at the City's Landfill.
