BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT THAT:
THAT James D. McNicholas and Theodore Johns be and they are hereby
reappointed as Magistrates for the City of Beaumont for two-year terms effective October
1, 1996 at a compensation of $200 each session.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the /� day
