BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT G. R. "Lupe" Flores be reappointed as Chief Magistrate for a term of two years
effective October 1, 1996 for a compensation of $300 for the first session and $200 for
each session thereafter with health care coverage on the same basis as other regular
employees.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the l day of
