WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for the
Charlton Pollard Neighborhood Revitalization Project, Phase I;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land for the Charlton Pollard Neighborhood
Revitalization Project, Phase I be and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel 278: North 24 feet of Lot 196, all of Lot 197, Block 19, Herring Addition
1081 Grant Street
Owner: Priscilla Wallace
Appraised Value: $2,900.00
