BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to make final payment to the
Placo, Inc. in the amount of $16,308.41 for the construction of a Wastewater Lift
Station located at the Federal Prison site on Hebert Road to Placo, Inc.
