RESOLUTION NO. �
WHEREAS, on August 12, 1996, bids were received for furnishing all labor,
equipment, materials and supervision to construct additional restroom facilities at Tyrrell
Park; and,
WHEREAS, A& L Contractors, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of $86,790; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by A & L
Contractors, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by A & L Contractors, Inc. for furnishing all labor, equipment,
materials and supervision to construct additional restroom facilities at Tyrrell Park in the
amount of$86,790 be accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City Manager be and he
is hereby authorized to execute a contract for such project.
