WHEREAS, on Monday, August 26, 1996, sealed bids were received for an annual
contract to purchase traffic marking materials on an as needed basis by the Public Works
Department, Transportation Division; and,
WHEREAS, the following companies submitted bids in the following unit prices and
estimated quantities:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bids submitted by the foregoing
companies should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids submitted by the above mentioned bidders for an annual contract to
purchase traffic marking materials on an as need basis by the Public Works Department,
Transportation Division in the above stated amounts be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
