RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, Eric and Cathy Belt have requested that their Historic Preservation
Loan which they obtained on July 10, 1995 for renovations to the exterior of their home at
2226 Evalon be refinanced; and,
WHEREAS, City Council desires to authorize the refinancing of such Historic
Preservation Loan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City hereby authorizes the refinancing of the current balance of the loan of Eric
and Cathy Belt for Historic Preservation renovations to the exterior of their home at 2226
Evalon. The current balance of the loan is $3,449.98 and shall be refinanced for a period
of thirty-six (36) months at a monthly payment of$95.83.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the _x'71 day
