WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for the
Charlton Pollard Neighborhood Revitalization Project, Phase I;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land for the Charlton Pollard Neighborhood
Revitalization Project, Phase I be and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel 3: Tract 3, City Plat F

Owners: Estate of Willie and Elnora Chatman, Deceased
Appraised Value: $3,000.00
Parcel 91: Lot 202, Block 19, Herring Addition
