RESOLUTION NO. 91-a-17
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a contract with the Texas
Department of Transportation to receive $296,946.00 in grant assistance from the State
Public Transportation Fund (PTF) to help pay up to 50% of the City's share of FY 1997
operating expenses for the Beaumont Municipal Transit System.
