WHEREAS, on July 22, 1996, bids were received for a third party administrator
(TPA) for City employees medical/dental insurance plans; and,
WHEREAS, Memorial Sisters of Charity submitted a bid as follows:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Memorial Sisters
of Charity should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Memorial Sisters of Charity for a third party administrator
(TPA) for medical/dental insurance for City employees in the amounts listed above be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
