RESOLUTION NO. 9(ol—/ IoZ.
WHEREAS, Beaumont Independent School District has agreed to donate a ten foot
(10') Drainage Easement to the City of Beaumont on property located out of Blocks 9, 15
and 16 of the Blanchette 2nd Addition, as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the donation of said easement and is
of the opinion that the donation of said easement of property is necessary and desirable
and that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT said easement donated by Beaumont Independent School District is hereby
accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1996.
