RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for the
Charlton Pollard Neighborhood Revitalization Project, Phase I;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land for the Charlton Pollard Neighborhood
Revitalization Project, Phase I be and the same is hereby, approved:
Tract 85, City Tax Plat F, David Brown League, 890 Devilleneuve
Appraised Value: $2,525.00
Owners: Arthur B. Redmon, Jesse T. Redmon, Barbara Redmon and
Thomas 0. Redmon
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the ,?6 day of
1996.
