BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with the
Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) Cooperative Purchasing Program in the amount
of $171,106.00 for the purchase of one (1) Vactor Model 2110-36 truck for the Water
Utilities Department, Sewer Maintenance Division.
