RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, bids were received for the renovation of Liberia and Pine Street Parks;
and,
WHEREAS, A & B Builders, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of $152,501; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by A & B Builders,
Inc. is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by A & B Builders for the renovation of Liberia and Pine Street
Parks be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
of 1996.
