WHEREAS, bids were received June 24, 1996 for the purchase of one (1) sanitary
sewer color T.V. Camera System for the Water Utilities Department, Sewer Maintenance
Division; and,
WHEREAS, Kinloch Equipment and Supply submitted a bid in the amount of
$92,286.00 for the purchase of a R. S. Technical T.V. Sewer Line Inspection System; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Kinloch
Equipment and Supply should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Kinloch Equipment and Supply for the purchase of a R.S.
Technical T.V. Sewer Line Inspection System in the amount of $92,286.00 be accepted
by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
