WHEREAS, bids were received for Sanitary Sewer System Improvements, Contract
Number Eight, North Trunk Rehabilitation; and,
WHEREAS, Allco, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of$369,570.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Allco, Inc. is the
best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Allco, Inc. for Sanitary Sewer Improvements, Contract Number
Eight, North Trunk Rehabilitation in the amount of$369,570.00 be accepted by the City
of Beaumont and the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract
for such project.
