WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for
improvements to FM 364/Major Drive from Highway 105 to State Highway 124;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel for improvements to FM 364/Major Drive from
Highway 105 to State Highway 124 be and the same is hereby approved:
Parcel 53 0.239 acres out of Lot 11, Block 1, Wescalder Fig Acres Addition
(1520 South Major Drive)
Appraised Value $11,606.00
(Partial Taking)
