HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 96-172 RESOLUTION NO. --/ WHEREAS, on March 26, 1995, City Council awarded a contract to Allco, Inc. for the South Park Drainage Project - Phase I in the amount of$2,947,124.24; and, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 is being requested to adjust the contract amount for the installation of concrete streets instead of asphalt streets in the amount of $386,914.18; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute Change Order No. 1, as stated above, with Allco, Inc. in the amount of$386,914.18. PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of 1996. - Mayor -
