WHEREAS, sealed bids were received for furnishing and installing carpet and the
in the Municipal Office Building; and,
WHEREAS, Orange County Building Materials submitted a bid in the amount of
$83,459.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Orange County
Building Materials should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Orange County Building Materials for carpet and the installation
for the Municipal Office Building in the amount of$83,495.00 be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
