ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING ALL DEDICATED STREETS AND ALLEYS NORTH OF BUFORD STREET BETWEEN WALLACE AND GREER STREETS IN THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT all dedicated streets and alleys north of Buford Street Between Wallace and Greer Streets in the City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, are hereby vacated, abandoned, and that title to such property shall revert to and become the property of the persons entitled thereto, as provided by law..
