ORDINANCE NO.
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A PLATTED TEN
(10') FOOT WIDE STREET LIGHT EASEMENT AT 6760
LEXINGTON DRIVE IN THE CITY OF BEAUMONT,
JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a platted ten (10')foot wide street light easement lying five (5') feet along either side
of the common side lot lines of Lots 1 and 2, Bramblewood Addition, as shown on the plat
recorded in the Jefferson County Map Records, Volume 12, Page 100, said easement
containing 0.026 acres of land, more or less, in the City of Beaumont, Jefferson County,
Texas, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, is hereby abandoned.
