WHEREAS, bids were received for purchase of one (1) ambulance for the Health
Department's Emergency Medical Services Division (EMS); and,
WHEREAS, Frazer, Inc., of Houston, Texas, submitted a bid in the amount of
$74,610 for a 1996 Ford Chassis equipped with a Frazer ambulance module; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Frazer, Inc.
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Frazer, Inc. for the purchase of a 1996 Ford chassis equipped
with a Frazer ambulance module in the amount of $74,610 for the Health Department's
EMS Division be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1996.
