BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby authorizes the Solid Waste Management Department to
apply for and accept, if awarded, a grant from the Southeast Texas Regional Planning
Commission (SETRPC) in the amount of $85,000 for the purpose of developing projects
associated with and in accordance to the Regional Solid Waste Management Plan.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1996.
